We don't weigh every day or even weekly for that matter, as we would find that placed too much of a pressure on us.

Instead, so far as possible, we aim to maintain a sensible lifestyle and related diet based on our post entitled "Variety may be the Spice of Life, but Moderation is the key to long term Wellness".

If we overdo it from time to time, however, we can as a result suffer what we call "weight creep".

This is where weight starts to creep on to a particular part of our bodies without us even necessarily noticing it!

For MikeyM™, for example, this occurs in the so called 'love handle' area, whereas for LouLoU™, it is her calves.

So much focus is placed on the size of tummies that many of us can miss this type of 'weight creep' elsewhere.

And often it seems to be the tummy which gains weight quickly as only the last stage of this process.

To enable us to identify 'weight creep', we had to "Learn to "Observe" as opposed to merely "See" to Stressbust™ efficiently" - see our post so entitled for further detail.

If you do experience this phenomenon like us, perhaps it's time to revisit or observe your wellness and diet programme to make sure it remains fit for purpose or try to identify changes to lifestyle that have occurred which may need to be accommodated to keep you in your preferred wellness state.

If a change in diet is responsible, then some of the excellent recipes contained in posts from HeadChefSantiago™ might help to get back on track (see e.g., "A StressBusting™ recipe served up by HeadChefSantiago™").

And if diet is suffering as a result of the increasing cost of quality ingredients, see our post entitled "Top 10 Super Cost Effective Stressbusting™ Tips to Dietary Wellness that SAVED us money" for some practical ideas as to how to get around this!
