Our post entitled ""CharityStarts@Home"" explains in a nutshell why it is imperative to look after yourself properly to be in an equipped and empowered position to look after others.

And part of this is making sure you "Don't fret the "fluff"" - in other words, that you don't stress out over peripheral life dramas that inevitably come up from time to time, but rather just brush them away as if they were fluff (loose clothing material) on your arm.

Similarly, if there happens to be a person or persons pulling down the quality of your life by being a repeated nuisance or apparent liability, then our post entitled "Break Time Quickie - Adopt the French approach of "Laissez Faire" to StressBust™" advocates just letting them get on with it provided their actions are not affecting you directly or adversely.

These all form part of a toolkit to enable you to "Create a Stressbusting™ Lifestyle you don’t “Need a Vacation” away from".

And a recurring theme in this is that, like most worthwhile things in life, sometimes you have to be tough to get to the extremely desirable end game.

Because stressing to extremes about particular issues or generally, serves no useful purpose whatsoever.

So, if necessary, we need to fight for our right not too - in other words, become warriors instead of worriers!
