Here at StressBustingExpert™, we advocate that stressbusting™ and wellness are 24/7 endeavours, so we will be reaching out regularly and available over the Xmas and New Year period, particularly as we recognise many are alone and may feel isolated during this period. 

Below are our 5 tips for a positive stressbusting™ day whatever your circumstances 

1. Consume well but in moderation, and remember your “5 A Day” does not include Terry's Chocolate Orange!

2. Rest if you feel like it – the hard work is done and you’ve nothing to prove.

3. Enjoy an uplifting movie or indulge in some music that illicits warm memories of loved ones absent but held in your heart.

4. Be thankful, regardless of your religious persuasion, for all the good in the world from which you benefit, but spare a thought for those less fortunate.

5. And finally, don’t fret – after all, its only one day out of life and normality will soon resume.
